Secrets of the Super Rich By Mark Dement The Super Rich have been playing by a whole different set of rules than mainstream society. Understanding a few of these may change your mindset. 1. The main goal of the wealthy is to retire as early as they can and live the rest of their life on the wealth they have accumulated. 2. In order to become wealthy a person must not have any restrictions on his/her income. Usually that means starting or buying a business. 3. The wealthy must invest and own income producing assets Usually, commercial or apartment real estate are chosen. They have mastered the art of investing in properties and buying them with other people's money. 4. The wealthy also diversify their portfolios with stocks,bonds,and gold/silver. 5. The wealthy use all their corporate loopholes to maximize their tax deductions to keep the wealth they have. 6. Most of the super rich are friendly and empathetic. The real ones know that people are special no matter what their station in life is. This keeps them balanced while keeping their sights on the goal of early retirement.
